Our patients privacy and intimacy is the most important factor for us. When we are contacted for information about our services via the web we ask for certain information in order to be able to identify the patient. The contents of our privacy policy will allow any patient to know which information we take, what we do with that information and what their rights and our obligations are with relation to maintaining this information out of reach of any unauthorised third party.
OBJECTIVE OF STORING INFORMATION
Arianetech Ingenieria, S.L uses a treatment and information storage archive in order to allow access for consultations via the internet. This archive fulfils the legal requirements in accordance with current legislation stated in the law 15/1999 of the 13th December relating to data protection of personal information. It also fulfils the technical requirements laid out by the Security Ruling RD 994/1999 in order to guarantee security of the information given by the user. However, the information contained in this archive is only stored until the moment in which the consultation is answered.
In filling in the consultation forms, the patient is allowing us to deal with this information. The data in the forms must be completed obligatorily in order for us to be able to answer the consultation fully, although the patient does not have to identify him or herself if he or she so prefers. Arianetech Ingenieria, S.L guarantees that the information given will not be used or passed on to anyone who does not form part of the unit and identification will always be required in the latter case.
COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
One method of collecting complementary information about visits to our web, such as which are the most visited pages of our web, is by registering the address or IP protocol in your computer. This IP protocol is a number which is automatically assigned to your computer every time that you surf the web. Any web which is acceded immediately detects your computer terminal and your IP protocol. Whenever you accede any of our pages, your IP is immediately stored. The only objective of this storage is to elaborate statistics of the number of visits to our web which allows us to monitor our service and so better it every day.

The details of your consultation are eliminated once we have answered and so are not stored.
